Skyrise Structural was founded on a simple premise: the most consequential parts of a luxury home are the parts no one ever sees.
Foundation, framing, and roofing carry the entire structural story of a residence — the soils report through final inspection — and they’re also the work most often sub-contracted out to whichever crew is cheapest that quarter. Skyrise was built to do those three things at the standard a $5M home deserves, and to do them under one roof, with senior leadership on every job.
We work Orange County exclusively — Coto de Caza to Dana Point — because the coast has a structural language that takes years to learn. Marine humidity, sloped lots, fault-line setbacks, and the AHJ inspectors who watch them. We’d rather know this market well than half-know five of them.
